Well that’s done, I’m not drinking the Kool-Aid anymore I don’t feel welcome I don’t feel like I’ve not been treated well. Even when they matched my status and I was elite this place didn’t do anything for me I acquired 7000 points on my card before they zeroed out my status and even with all of those points I was only getting five dollar comps and no free rooms however I had brought several friends and had them sign up for the wildcard rewards and within a month they were getting offers for free rooms and I still was getting nothing even though I had submitted stellar reviews I was the number one person on Yelp and Tripadvisor and I was bringing business to this location well. I really thought this property was going to be a flag ship property I was really hoping for a lot better customer service you would think that after about the 30th or 40th time of seeing me there, management would Have taken notice and start you know letting me have access to more than five dollars in free play.
